Primary Care is patient-focused general care for adults, children, and families. In additional to a physical examination, evaluation may involve blood work and other diagnostic tests.
Mental Evaluation and Treatment
We offer evaluation and treatment services for individual adults and children, as well as family therapy and couples' counseling.
Telehealth
Telehealth services are available for all of our established patients via secure phone, text and/or video.
Medical Weight Loss
Our services include individualized nutrition support, exercise planning, comprehensive labs with interpretation, as well as medication assistance when appropriate.
Health and Postpartum Treatment
Postpartum physical and mental health care is an important part of postnatal recovery, ensuring the well-being of both the mother and the baby. After childbirth, individuals may undergo physical health evaluations to monitor recovery, including vital signs, wound healing, and overall physical condition.
Equally important is mental health assessment, as many people may experience postpartum conditions such as anxiety and depression. Early screening and evaluation help in timely diagnosis and proper treatment.
At Ultimate Healthcare, postpartum care is provided under Mental Health Services and may include support for Postpartum Anxiety & Depression, along with counseling and personalized treatment plans. Physical health concerns during the postpartum period are managed under Primary Care Services when needed, ensuring complete and coordinated care.
This integrated approach helps support both physical recovery and emotional well-being, creating a healthier environment for both parent and baby.
