At Ultimate we take a patient-centered approach to care that encompasses both physical and mental wellbeing. We have caring and competent licensed counselors available to help you and/or your family with your goal of change or growth.
Our counselors specialize in a variety of services for patients of all ages, stages, genders, and sexual orientation in a comfortable and nonjudgmental environment. Our services include, but are not limited to:

All of our counselors are skilled in providing excellent care virtually, as well! If you do not have the technology available to participate in virtual sessions, please give our office a call. We're often able to make accommodations by providing you with a quiet, private space at our clinic for virtual visits with our remote counselors.
We are in network with many major insurance plans. We also have very competitive cash pay rates for patients who are uninsured.

Telehealth
What is Telehealth?
Telehealth is a simple way to connect you to your provider using secured technology. Telehealth virtual consults can be done via voice or video, and completed in less than 10 minutes in most cases.
Any medications prescribed to you will be sent electronically to your pharmacy.
When can I use Telehealth?
Telehealth is a great way to have minor issues addressed at your own convenience. Life happens outside of standard business hours! Some examples of issues appropriate for telehealth may include: medication refills (no narcotics or controlled substances); cold/flu; upper respiratory infections; sinus infections; general health concerns; professional counseling services (when deemed appropriate by counselor) and so much more!
Telehealth is not for emergencies. Some conditions may require a follow-up appointment in our office.
Medical Weight Loss
Our providers use a holistic, evidence-based approach to help you meet your health goals. We strive to make all of our patients feel at home in a warm, welcoming, non-judgmental environment.
We will meet you where you are in your journey to better health, and partner with you to help you reach your goals.
Our Medical Weight Loss program is comprehensive and encompasses a full-body approach to help you achieve success:
- Comprehensive labs that will be reviewed with you
- Screening for medical problems that may be contributing to weight gain, such as Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, Metabolic Syndrome, Insulin Resistance, Hypothyroidism, and/or other hormonal abnormalities.
- Nutritional education
- Lifestyle guidance
- Exercise planning
- Medication management (when appropriate)
Affordability
Unfortunately, many insurance plans do not cover medical weight loss programs. In addition, it is often very difficult, if not impossible, to get medication coverage through insurance.
We never want cost to be a barrier for your access to great care!
We keep our costs affordable, from your visits to your labs and medications. We will always be 100% transparent and up front with you concerning your charges. There is no commitment required to inquire about our charges, so feel free to give us a call with any questions.
If your insurance does cover medical weight loss, we will provide you with an invoice and billing codes so that you can submit for a reimbursement from your insurance plan. Please understand, though, that we will still not bill your insurance on your behalf. We've been able to keep our costs affordable for everyone by eliminating insurance billing for this service.
For even further savings, ask us about any current promotions, as well as our Rewards Program!!
Your first visit will be a lab appointment, unless you've had necessary labs elsewhere within the last 3 months. We will email you a questionnaire prior to that visit so that we can determine which labs you may need.
After your lab results come back, typically within 48 hours, we will contact you for your first provider consultation. This first contact with your provider typically lasts about 60 minutes. At that appointment, your provider will review lab results with you, obtain vital signs (height, weight, blood pressure, heart rate, etc.), review your medical history, discuss health goals, and prescribe an individualized treatment tailored just for you. You will also get plenty of education on diet, activity, health risks, and how to optimize yourself for success!
Your prescribed plan will include how often you will need to follow-up. This will be determined at your first provider visit, as well.

Women's health focuses on the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of diseases and conditions that can affect a woman's physical and/or emotional well-being. We offer a wide variety of services, including:

What We Offer
Our affordable Men's Health services include management of low testosterone and erectile dysfunction. Our providers take your privacy seriously. We offer individualized, medication-assisted plans to help you improve your health in a nonjudgmental atmosphere.
